Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Salātu ielā 28, Bauskā, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemes gabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt dzīvojamās mājas Salātu ielā 28, Bauskā uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. |
