Sniegt sabiedriskā labuma darbību trūcīgiem, sociāli mazaizsargātiem cilvēkiem, cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām, tajā skaitā:
veikt paredzētus labdarības pasākumus; veicināt un aizsargāt cilvēktiesības; veicināt cilvēku ar īpašām vajadzībām veselības uzlabošanu un integrēšanos sabiedrībā; sniegt palīdzību katastrofu gadījumos un ārkārtas situācijās; Sniegt sabiedriskā labuma darbību veselības aprūpes un veselības veicināšanas jomā; Atbalstīt sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības darbības; Popularizēt labdarības un atbalsta kultūras attīstību sabiedrībā; Veicināt sadarbību ar citām iekšzemes un ārzemes sabiedriskā labuma organizācijām, ārstniecības un veselības aizsardzības institūcijām; Veicināt līdzekļu un citas palīdzības piesaisti augstāk minēto mērķu īstenošanai ziedojumu, subsīdiju, aizņēmumu un citā veidā. |
