Operational objectives

Veicināt un sekmēt lauku tūrisma attīstību Alūksnes novada Ilzenes pagastā ekonomikas un kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma kontekstā;
Izstrādāt un realizēt stratēģiju ilgtspējīgai lauku teritorijas attīstībai, vecinot un attīstot sabiedrības līdzdalību tās iesaistē, izmantojot vietējos un piesaistītos ekonomiskos resursus;
Identificēt, attīstīt un veidot tūrisma infrastruktūru, sekmēt lauku tūrisma uzņēmējdarbības attīstīšanos, veicinot vietējo lauku tūrisma punktu sadarbības tīkla veidošanos;
Panākt investīciju piesaistīšanu lauku tūrisma nozares attīstībai. Koordinēt un piesaistīt finansiālos, materiālos, intelektuālos un cita veida resursus Biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai;
Attīstīt sadarbību ar valsts, pašvaldību un nevalstiskajām organizācijām, uzņēmumiem un citām institūcijām, veicinot Ilzenes pagasta teritorijas attīstību lauku tūrismā.
