Veicināt ilgtspējīgu, videi draudzīgu un līdzsvarotu valsts vai vietējās nozīmes kultūras pieminekļa statusa objektu un teritorijas attīstību, ekonomisko infrastruktūru, apkaimes attīstību, vides un dabas saglabāšanu un sakopšanu, lai nodrošinātu attīstību un uzlabotu dzīves kvalitāti;
vecināt valsts vai vietējās nozīmes kultūras pieminekļa statusa objektu restaurāciju un arhitektūras saglabāšanu; veicināt sabiedrības līdzdalību vides politikas, ekonomiskās infrastruktūras izstrādē un īstenošanā, sadarbību un informācijas apmaiņu šajā jomā starp atsevišķām personām un sabiedrību kopumā, kā arī valsts iestādēm un pašvaldībām; veicināt brīvprātīgā darba attīstību un nodarbinātības veicināšanu valsts vai vietējās nozīmes kultūras pieminekļa statusa objektu attīstībai, saglabāšanai un sakopšanai; īstenot kultūras programmas un pasākumus ar mērķi veicināt kultūras dažādības attīstību valsts mērogā un starptautiskā līmenī, kā arī tautas mākslas, mūzikas, dejas, teātra un nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma attīstību un ilgtspēju saistībā ar valsts vai vietējās nozīmes kultūras pieminekļa statusa objektiem. |
