Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas un dzīvojamo ēku, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamo māju piederīgās zemes vai iesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
