1.Veicināt un attīstīt sadarbību starp pašvaldībām un starptautiskajām organizācijām pilsētvides attīstības un klimata pārmaiņu jomās;
2.Izstrādāt un īstenot starptautiskus projektus Eiropas Savienības un starptautisko finanšu instrumentu atbalstu programmu ietvaros; 3.Veicināt pētniecības un inovācijas aktivitātes pilsētvides attīstības un klimata pārmaiņu jomās; 4.Sniegt atbalstu pašvaldībām rīcībpolitikas izstrādē pilsētvides attīstības un klimata pārmaiņu jomās, tai skaitā enerģētikas, transporta, finanšu tehnoloģiju nozarēs; 5.Veicināt citas sabiedriskā labuma darbības pilsētvides attīstības un klimata pārmaiņu jomās. |
