Veicināt dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļu īpašnieku aktīvāku iesaisti dzīvojamo māju kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanā, tas ir, pārvaldīšanas tiesību pārņemšanu no valsts vai pašvaldības, dibinot dzīvokļu īpašnieku biedrības vai ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku savstarpēju līgumu pilnvarojot atbilstošu personu dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanai;
organizēt dzīvokļu īpašniekiem seminārus, apmācības, kā arī dažādas citas aktivitātes par dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas tiesiskajiem un praktiskajiem jautājumiem; sniegt juridiskas konsultācijas dzīvokļu īpašniekiem; sekmēt efektīvu dzīvokļu īpašnieku saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai, maksātnespējai; veicināt dzīvokļu īpašniekus piedalīties dzīvojamo māju uzlabošanā un attīstīšanā visā to ekspluatācijas laikā un iesaistīties ar šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plānu sagatavošanu saistītajās darbībās; piedalīties Eiropas Savienības, Latvijas valsts un pašvaldību organizētajās atbalsta programmās; veicināt un organizēt dzīvojamo māju un to pieguļošo teritoriju labiekārtošanu. |
