Operational objectives

Veicināt un attīstīt dažādus mūzikas žanrus, jaunas inovācijas, kas saistītas ar mūziku LR, mākslas, dejas, koncertu apkalpošanā, tehniskā personāla (skaņa, gaisma, video inženiera, režisora, asistenta) prasmi un izaugsmi gan LR, gan aiz tās robežām;
izglītot meistarklašu, koncertu, pieredzes apmaiņas studiju dalībniekus dažāda žanra mūzikas, mākslas dejas, koncertu apkalpojošā tehniskā personāla (skaņa, gaisma, video inženiera, režisora, asistenta) prasmē, integrēt un iesaistīt šai procesā cilvēkus no dažādiem sabiedrības sociālajiem slāņiem, LR dzīvojošām tautībām, cittautiešus;
nodrošināt interesentu dalību dažādos LR notiekošajos koncertos, konkursos, mūzikas, mākslas festivālos, ESC, EBU un citu radniecīgu organizāciju rīkotajos starptautiskajos mākslas, mūzikas konkursos un festivālos;
sadarboties ar radniecīgām organizācijām gan LR, gan aiz tās robežām;
attīstīt un veicināt dažādu instrumentālās, vokālās, beatbox, dejas, mūzikas, skatuves inženiertehniskās mākas stilu spektru;
organizēt dažāda žanra mūzikas, dejas izpildītāju koncertus, konkursus, festivālus, iesaistot koncertdarbībā ne tikai LR pārstāvjus, bet arī ārvalstu radniecīgo organizāciju pārstāvjus, kas veicinātu cilvēku, lietderīga laika pavadīšanas iespēju, nodarbojoties un apmeklējot sevi interesējošos pasākumus.
Organizēt dažādu dziedāšanas, kompozīcijas, DJ, skaņu ierakstu režisūras, gaismas tehniskas inženiera, režisora, deju stilu, beatbox, ritmiskās mūzikas programmu apmaiņas meistarklases, seminārus, nometnes, konferences un citus izglītojošus pasākumus;
Popularizēt fanka, regeja, repa, pop u.c. pasaules populāru un ne tikai mūzikas žanru izplatību, rīkojot pasākumus, meistarklases, koncertus, praktiskos tikšanās-meistarības vakarus ar šīs profesijas pārstāvjiem LR un pasaulē.
