Veidot Latvijā ES dalībvalstij atbilstošu sabiedrības viedokli par bērnu un jauniešu ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem īpašām vajadzībām.
Dažādu sociālo, medicīnisku, izglītības un fiziskās kultūras problēmu risināšana, lai bērni un jaunieši ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem līdz 24 gadu vecumam justos pilntiesīgi mūsu sabiedrības locekļi, sociāli nodrošināti, izglītoti, uzlabotu savu veselības stāvokli, būtu spējīgi konkurēt darba tirgū un dzīvotu pilnvērtīgu dzīvi. Veidot mūsu sabiedrības sapratni un pozitīvu attieksmi pret ģimenēm, kurās aug bērni un jaunieši ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem. |
