| Operational objectives |
1) nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Vecaucē, Akadēmijas ielā 5A (turpmāk tekstā - dzīvojamā māja),pārvaldīšanu;
2) nodrošināt tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību; 3) rīkoties ar dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājuma fondu; 4) Dzīvojamās mājas Akadēmijas ielā 5A, Vecaucē kopīpašumā esošās teritorijas nodošanu lietošanā, to kontrolēšanu un ienākumu novirzīšanu uzkrājumu fondā; 5) apmierināt citas dzīvojamās mājas īpašnieku vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļa īpašumu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu un teritorijas izmantošanu. |
