veicināt un Biedrības iespēju ietvaros nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Upesgrīvas ielā 31, Mārupē, Mārupes novadā, kadastra apzīmējums 80760030397001, kopīpašumā esošās daļas, tajā skaitā arī zemesgabala, kadastra apzīmējums 80760030397, uz kura atrodas Dzīvojamā māja, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un ekspluatāciju; pārstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku intereses attiecībās ar pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, Mārupes novada pašvaldību, valsts iestādēm un amatpersonām, kā arī jebkurām fiziskām un juridiskām personām;
efektivizēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības kompetencē esošo lēmumu pieņemšanas kārtību. |
