Daudzdzīvokļu ēkas, kas atrodas adresē Jaunā 31, Lapmežciems, Lapmežciema pagasts, Tukuma novads, LV-3118 dzīvokļu un neapdzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku - kolektīvo interešu vārdā nodrošināt:
1. dzīvokļu un koplietošanas telpu (dzīvojamās ēkas) pārvaldīšanu, uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; 2. biedru sadzīves apstākļu uzlabošanu, pilnveidojot esošo infrastruktūru; 3. biedru interešu saskaņošanu, kopīgas dzīvokļu un neapdzīvojamo telpu pārvaldīšanas, apsaimniekošanas un uzturēšanas un Biedrības darbības programmas izstrādāšanu; 4. īstenot Biedrības valdījumā nodoto dzīvojamās mājās atjaunošanu- renovāciju, tādejādi uzlabojot tās energoefektivitāti un ilgmūžību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. |
