Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā nama "Dimanti", kas atrodas Gārsenē, Gārsenes pagastā, Jēkabpils novadā (turpmāk - Ēka), pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
iesaistīt dzīvokļu īpašniekus Ēkas uzturēšanā un ar to saistīto lēmumu pieņemšanā, kā arī apkārtējās vides sakopšanā; iekasēt maksu no dzīvokļu īpašniekiem par ūdens apgādes, koplietošanas elektroenerģijas, Ēkas apsaimniekošanas un apkārtējās vides uzkopšanas pakalpojumiem; veidot uzkrājumu ēkas koplietojamo daļu un inženiertīklu remontam. |
