Nodrošināt Biedrības pārvaldīšanā nodotā dzīvojamā nama Tallinas ielā 23 koplietošanas telpu un piemājas teritorijas lietošanas pienācīgu uzturēšanu kartībā, tehnisko ekspluatāciju un labiekārtošanu, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašumu pārvaldīšanu un attīstīšanu;
Citu biedru vajadzību nodrošināšana, kas saistīta ar dzīvojamā nama koplietošanas telpu un teritorijas izmantošanu; Dzīvokļu un/vai nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku interešu pārstāvība visās valsts un pašvaldības institūcijās, kā arī pakalpojumu sniedzēju sabiedrībās, kā AS "Latvenergo", AS "Latvijas gāze", AS "Rīgas ūdens" u.c. ar dzīvojamo namu saistītos jautājumos. |
