1.Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas adresē Mazā Nometņu ielā88 un Mazā Nometņu ielā 88A, Rīgā, koplietošanas telpu un zemesgabala, uz kura atrodas dzīvojamās ēkas, pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
