Operational objectives

1. Veicināt latviešu kultūras un Latvijas kultūrtelpas ilgtspēju:
1.1. veicināt un atbalstīt kultūras procesus;
1.2. veicināt un atbalstīt jaunrades projektus kultūrā;
1.3. kultūras vērtību saglabāšana, izplatīšana un pieejamība plašai sabiedrībai;
1.4. kultūrizglītības iespēju veicināšana un nodrošināšana mūža garumā;
1.5. stiprināt kultūras jomas profesionāļu konkurētspēju;
1.6. veicināt latviešu diasporas radošās nozares profesionāļu un Latvijas radošo jomu profesionāļu savstarpēju sadarbību;
1.7. veicināt un atbalstīt latviešu mūzikas jomas profesionāļu pasaulē radošu, augsta līmeņa pienesumu Latvijas kultūras telpā.
1.8. popularizēt profesionālās mūzikas, mākslas u.c. kultūras formas Latvijas reģionos, konkrēti - Siguldas novadā;
1.9. veidot starptautiskus kultūras sakarus un popularizēt Latvijas kultūru pasaulē;
1.10. organizēt un popularizēt mūžizglītības kursus un norises Vidzemes reģionā;
1.11. veicināt un atbalstīt latviešu mūzikas jomas profesionāļu pasaulē radošu, augsta līmeņa pienesumu Latvijas kultūras telpā.
2. Veicināt cilvēku intelektuālo un garīgo attīstību:
2.1. piedāvājot kvalitatīvu kultūras produktu, izglītot un attīstīt publikas emocionālo inteliģenci;
2.2. veicināt un atbalstīt radošus mūžizglītības, kā arī profesionālās ievirzes izglītības procesus;
2.3. īstenot aktivitātes ar mērķi iedrošināt cilvēkus attīstīt savas individuālās prasmes un talantus.
