Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā un apsaimniekošanā nodotā dzīvojamā nama Toma ielā 47, Liepājā, pienācīgu uzturēšanu.
Nodrošināt ēkas tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību. Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas renovāciju, tās ilgmūžības palielināšanu un energoefektivitātes uzlabošanu. Uzlabot pārvaldījumā esošās dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku sadzīves apstākļus. |
