| Operational objectives | Veicināt lauksaimniecībā izmantojamās zemes kā dabas vērtības un dzīvotspējīgas ekosistēmas pamata saglabāšanu. Sniegt atbalstu esošo lauksaimniecības zemes resursu racionālai un efektīvai apsaimniekošanai, veicinot zemes izmantošanu tādiem mērķiem, kuriem tā savas kvalitātes un potenciāla, tai skaitā novietojuma dēļ, visvairāk ir piemērota. Sniegt visu nepieciešamo atbalstu aizaugušu un neapstrādātu lauksaimniecības zemju atgriešanai lauksaimnieciskajā ražošanā, veicinot neizmantotās zemes produktīvu, ekonomiski izdevīgu un ilgtspējīgu izmantošanu, lai nodrošinātu efektīvu katra hektāra apsaimniekošanu. Sniegt atbalstu, tai skaitā juridisku, jautājumos, kas saistīti ar lauksaimniecības zemes iznomāšanu, kopīpašuma lietošanu, kompensāciju par īpašuma piespiedu atsavināšanu/apgrūtināšanu saņemšanu, īpašuma tiesību uz lauksaimniecībā izmantojamu zemju sakārtošanu un ierakstīšanu zemesgrāmatā. |
