Operational objectives Īstenot darba aizsardzības kompetentu speciālistu profesionālo pašpārvaldi, aizsargāt kompetentu speciālistu tiesības un intereses.
Izstrādāt darba aizsardzības kompetentu speciālistu profesionālās ētikas kodeksu un citus Biedrības biedru profesionālo darbību regulējošus aktus.
Sadarbībā ar Labklājības ministriju un citām valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām aizsargāt darba aizsardzības kompetentu speciālistu tiesības un intereses.
Sekmēt darba aizsardzību reglamentējošo normatīvo aktu vienveidīgu piemērošanu.
Informēt darba aizsardzības kompetentus speciālistus un sabiedrību kopumā par grozījumiem darba aizsardzības regulējošajos normatīvajos aktos un piedalīties normatīvo aktu projektu izstrādāšanā un publiskā apspriešanā.
Organizēt konferences, seminārus, diskusijas un mācību kursus par darba aizsardzības problēmām un to risinājumiem.
Paaugstināt darba aizsardzības kompetentu speciālistu profesionālo kvalifikāciju;
Veicināt sadarbību ar Latvijas un citu valstu un starptautiskām darba aizsardzības speciālistu organizācijām.
Analizēt citu valstu darba aizsardzības sistēmas to piemērošanai Latvijas apstākļiem, kā arī sadarbībā ar valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām izstrādāt nepieciešamo grozījumu projektus Latvijas normatīvajos aktos.
Sniegt personu apvienības viedokli tiesas procesā.
