Veicināt u atbalstīt Valkas novada iedzīvotāju iesaistīšanos novada attīstībā, rosināt viņus aktīvi piedalīties novada saimnieciskajā un ekonomiskajā nozarē;
izstrādāt un realizēt stratēģiju ilgtspējīgai Valkas novada attīstībai, izmantojot sabiedrības līdzdalības principus; attīstīt sadarbību starp valsts, pašvaldību un nevalstiskajām organizācijām, uzņēmumiem un citām institūcijām Latvijā un ārvalstīs, veicinot Valkas novada attīstību; veicināt nozaru sadarbības tīkla veidošanos; koordinēt un piesaistīt finansiālos, materiālos un intelektuālos resursus biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai; pārstāvēt valkas novada iedzīvotāju intereses vietējā, nacionālajā un starptautiskā līmenī. |
