1.Veikt izpēti un analīzi par pacientu pieredzi veselības aprūpes sistēmā, ar mērķi uzlabot pacientu pieredzi un dzīves kvalitāti.
2.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus un risinājumus medicīnas iestādēm, uzņēmumiem un saistošajām valsts institūcijām. 3.Sadarboties ar veselības nozari pārstāvošo personālu un speciālistiem, pacientu pieredzes uzlabošanai un to veicinošo rekomendāciju izstrādē. 4.Aktualizēt veselības aprūpē akūtus jautājumus sabiedriskajā telpā, īpašu uzsvaru liekot uz pacientu pieredzi. 5.Piedāvāt praktiskus risinājumus un sniegt ieteikumus pacienta pieredzes uzlabošanai. 6.Izstrādāt izpētē balstītu un kvalitatīvu informāciju pacientiem. |
