Operational objectives

1. daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Mastu ielā 1, Rīgā, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamo māju piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
