| Operational objectives |
1. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Robežu 1, Gulbenē, Gulbenes novadā, koplietošanas telpu un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
2. Veicināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; 3. Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai, maksātspējai. |
