1.Nodrošināt apsaimniekošanā nodotās dzīvojamās mājas pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistās ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
