| Operational objectives |
1.Nodrošināt šādu īpašumu ("Īpašumi") kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu: daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo ēku un citu būvju (visas kopā - "Ēkas"), kas atrodas un vēl tiks uzbūvētas Mārupē uz zemes gabaliem ar kadastra apzīmējumiem: 80760031581, 80760031579 un 80760031576 ("Zemes gabali"), un Zemes gabalus;
2.pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus Īpašumu kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanā un apsaimniekošanā, t.sk. slēgt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas līgumus, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt Īpašumu kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, lietošanas kārtības ievērošanu, t.sk. līgumu, plānu, budžetu, tāmju un darbu izpildi; 3.aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Īpašumos esošo dzīvokļu īpašnieku un Biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses (arī patērētāju tiesību jomā) attiecībā uz Īpašumu kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, kā arī Īpašuma kopīpašumā esošās daļas lietošanu, uzturēšanu un uzlabošanu; 4.veikt citas darbības, kas nepieciešamas Īpašumu kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanai un apsaimniekošanai, kā arī pakalpojumu (tai skaitā komunālo) nodrošināšanai Īpašumos un tajos esošajos dzīvokļos un telpās. |
