Nodrošināt Biedrības pārvaldīšanā un apsaimniekošanā nodotās daudzdzīvokļu mājas, kas atrodas Zeltrītu ielā 18, Mārupē, Mārupes novadā, pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt daudzdzīvokļu mājas, kas atrodas Zeltrītu ielā 18, Mārupē, Mārupes novadā, koplietošanas telpu un piemājas teritorijas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu; izveidot un apsaimniekot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Zeltrītu ielā 18, Mārupē, Mārupes novadā, uzkrājumu fondu remontdarbu veikšanai un nodrošināt saimniecisku un efektīvu uzkrājuma fonda līdzekļu izlietojumu; apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu un piemājas teritorijas izmantošanu. |
