| Operational objectives |
1. apvienot akadēmisko darbu (grāmatas, brošūras, runas, datorprogrammas, lekcijas, aicinājumi, esejas, referāti, diplomdarbi, ziņojumi, scenāriji, tulkojumi un citi līdzīga veida darbi) autorus Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs;
2. pārstāvēt akadēmisko darbu autoru tiesības Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs, veicot šo autoru tiesību aizsardzību un īstenojot viņu tiesības, kā arī aizstāvot viņu ekonomiskās intereses Latvijā un ārvalstīs attiecībās ar citām fiziskām un juridiskām personām bez ierobežojuma; 3. veikt akadēmisko darbu autoru mantisko tiesību kolektīvo pārvaldījumu Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs; 4. veikt ārvalstu akadēmiska rakstura darbu, kas ir autortiesību subjekti, kolektīvo pārvaldīšanu Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs; 5. akadēmisko darbu autoru radošās darbības atbalstīšana un radošuma veicināšana; 6. darboties citās biedrībās un nodibinājumos, tostarp dibinātāja vai biedra statusā. |
