Popularizēt Latgales kultūrvēsturisko mantojumu, latgaliešu rakstu valodu;
Veicināt Ziemeļlatgalē dzīvojošo piederības sajūtu savam novadam Latvijai; Veicināt sociālekonomisko attīstību Ziemeļlatgalē, t.sk. panākt autoceļa Baltinava-Tilža (V460) (turpmāk - Autoceļš) noasfaltēšanu (noklāšanu ar cieto segumu) visā tā garumā. Informēt sabiedrību un atbildīgās institūcijas par Autoceļa un citas kopējās novada infrastruktūras kvalitātes nozīmi novada attīstībai. |
