1.Attīstīt drošu vidi (vardarbība darba vietā, saduršanās riski un to mazināšana);
2.Valsts mēroga aprūpes vadlīniju izveide; 3.Rosināt noteikumu veidošanu par māsas - pacienta attiecību veidošanu Latvijā; 4.Pilnveidot tālākizglītības procesu, paaugstināt tālākizglītības kvalitāti; 5.Veicināt pētniecību māsas profesijas ietvaros; 6.Veicināt starptautisku māsu sadarbību, rast iespēju māsām doties profesionālās pieredzes apmaiņās; 7.Spodrināt māsas tēlu sabiedrībā; 8.Veidot sadarbības tīklu ar citām māsu profesionālajām asociācijām/ biedrībām Latvijā un pasaulē. |
