Apvienot Baltijas valstu daudznozaru diplomētus būvinženierus, arhitektus, mērniekus, metināšanas inženierus un speciālistus radošam darbam, nodrošinot un stiprinot starpvalstu un starpnozaru saiknes to darbības sfērās;
veicināt BISA biedru labklājību biedru profesionālās un sabiedriskās darbības ietvaros; veicināt zinātnes un tehnikas attīstību, izskaidrot un izplatīt zinātnes un tehnikas sasniegumus; sekmēt Baltijas valstu kvalificētu speciālistu sagatavošanu, pieredzes apmaiņu būvniecībā, arhitektūrā, mērniecībā, metināšanas jomā, speciālistu kvalifikācijas pilnveidošanu atbilstoši sabiedrības vajadzībām; sekmēt biedru ētisko izaugsmi un estētisko zināšanu papildināšanu; aizstāvēt biedru profesionālās intereses, tajā skaitā autortiesības; veikt speciālistu kompetences izvērtēšanu - sertificēšanu. |
