Uzlabot, atbalstīt un attīstīt skeitbordu Latvijā;
Pārstāvēt Latvijas Skeitbordu un Biedrības biedrus LOK, starptautiskajās organizācijās, veicināt un pārraudzīt to starptautiskos sakarus, nodrošināt iespēju Latvijas frīstaila skeitbordistiem piedalīties starptautiskās sacensībās; Ar masu informācijas līdzekļu, sacensību, svinību un izklaides pasākumiem frīstaila skeitbordistiem, popularizēt fizisko kultūru un sportu kā veselīga dzīvesveida sastāvdaļu, veicināt cilvēku vispusīgu fizisko un garīgo attīstību; Radīt un atbalstīt iniciatīvas, mācību programmas, pētījumus, darbarīkus un nodarbības, kas kalpo un atbilst biedrības mērķiem; Aktīvi iesaistīties pašvaldību teritoriju apsekošanā, sniedzot informāciju un ierosinājumus par teritorijas labiekārtošanu. |
