Operational objectives Nodrošināt tās apsaimniekošanā nodoto dzīvojamo māju Ainažu ielā 23 un 25 (turpmāk tekstā - Dzīvojamais komplekss) pienācīgu pārvaldīšanu un tehnisko uzturēšanu;
Tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu, kā arī ar tām funkcionāli saistītās ēku, būvju, komunikāciju, iekārtu lietošanas un mājas piesaistītā zemes gabala uzturēšanas kārtību;
Apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu:
Māju īpašnieku interešu saskaņošanai dzīvojamā kompleksa dzīves, īpašuma, teritorijas, alternatīvās enerģijas izmantošanas un citu dzīvojamā kompleksa dzīves jautājumu ietvaros ar mērķi to kapitalizēt un paaugstināt pašizmaksu.
