| Operational objectives |
1.Veidot spēcīgu, savstarpēji atbalstošu Sēlijas kopienu sadarbības tīklu, stiprināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības vērtības un demokrātijas kultūras kvalitāti;
2. Celt Sēlijas kultūrvēsturiskās telpas prestižu un atpazīstamību, kā reģionālā, tā nacionālā un starptautiskā līmenī; 3. Veicināt kopienu ekonomiskās aktivitātes tūrisma, kultūras, mazās uzņēmējdarbības un citās jomās, kas sekmē reģiona attīstību; 4. Veicināt Latvijas lauku (vietējo) teritoriju ilgtspējīgu attīstību; 5. Stiprināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības veidošanos Latvijas laukos, sekmējot vietējo kopienu attīstību un sadarbību; 6. Pārstāvēt Latvijas lauku kopienu iedzīvotāju intereses reģionāla, nacionāla un starptautiska līmeņa institūcijās; 7. Pārstāvēt Biedrības biedru intereses reģionāla, nacionāla un starptautiska līmeņa institūcijās; 8. Paplašināt mūžizglītības piedāvājumu laukos; 9. Veicināt teritoriju ilgtspējīgas attīstības pētniecības procesus. |
