| Operational objectives |
1.Apvienot dzīvojamās mājas Centra iela 16, Mūsa, Ceraukstes pagasts, Bauskas novads dzīvokļu īpašniekus un nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotās dzīvojamās mājas obligāto un citu pārvaldīšanas darbību veikšanu, tas ir, veikt kopīpašumā esošo daļu pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, tajā skaitā dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu, inženierkomunikāciju un funkcionāli nepieciešamā zemesgabala uzturēšanu;
2.Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā. |
