Veicināt Dobeles novada, Tērvetes novada un Auces novada (pēc apvienošanas un turpmāk saukts - Dobeles novads) ilgtspējīgu un līdzsvarotu attīstību;
Sekmēt sabiedrības pilsonisko līdzdalību Dobeles novadā, sadarboties ar kopienām;
Rosināt un īstenot sabiedrībā diskusiju par sociāli atbildīgas sabiedrības izveidi, tiesiskumu un godīgu vietējās pārvaldes izveidi.
