Uzraudzīt dzīvojamās mājas un tai piegulošās zemes Kalndores iela 2, Baltezers, Ādažu novads (turpmāk tekstā "dzīvojamā māja"), pārvaldīšanu;
glabāt un rīkoties ar dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājumu fondu (turpmāk tekstā "uzkrājumu fonds"); apmierināt citas dzīvojamās mājas īpašnieku vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļa īpašumu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu un teritorijas izmantošanu. |
