1.Sniegt nepieciešamo palīdzību bezsaimnieku un nelaimē nonākušiem dzīvniekiem;
2.Sniegt tiem pagaidu pajumti, uzturu un veterināro palīdzību, meklēt pastāvīgās mājas; 3.Bezsaimnieku dzīvnieku populācijas kontrole, realizējot programmu "Noķer-sterilizē-atlaid"; 4.Veicināt sabiedrības apmācību saistībā ar dzīvnieku aprūpi, veselību, aizsardzību un labturību; 5.Finanšu līdzekļu piesaistīšana no fiziskām un juridiskām personām kā ziedojumu vai dāvinājumu dzīvnieku uzturēšanai un ārstēšanai. |
