| Operational objectives |
Latvijas un Ukrainas ekspertu efektīva mijiedarbība projektu īstenošanai, kuru mērķis ir tehnoloģiju, zinātnes un izglītības attīstība, izmantojot pieredzi un realizācijas praksi Latvijā, jomās, kas saistīti ar energotaupību un energoefektivitāti, digitālo vadības sistēmu, informācijas sistēmu pārvaldi arhitektūrā un būvniecībā, bioekonomiku, klimatu, komunikācijām un jaunās paaudzes sakariem, farmakoloģiju un mikrobioloģiju, dzelzceļa transportu un infrastruktūru.
Ekspertu resursu izmantošana Eiropas un Ukrainas starptautisko komandu projektu izveidei un īstenošanai programmas "HORIZON EUROPE" 2021. - 2027.g., kā arī citu Eiropas, ASV un citu valstu, un starptautisko organizāciju fondu ietvaros. Atbalsta sniegšana Latvijas un Ukrainas zinātnisko, izglītības un komercorganizāciju ekspertu kopienas iniciatīvām. Latvijas pieredzes nodošana klasteru un grantu projektu vadīšanā, ko finansē Eiropas Savienība un citi ārēji finansētāji. Latvijas ekspertu un uzņēmumu praktiskās pieredzes nodošana projektos, saistītos ar reģionālo attīstību. Latvijas un Ukrainas ekspertu kontaktu iniciēšana un organizēšana. Latvijas un Ukrainas projektu un ekspertu datu bāzes izveide prioritārajās zinātnes, tehnoloģiju, digitalizācijas un izglītības jomās. Starptautisku komandu organizēšana Ukrainas un Eiropas mēroga projektu īstenošanai. Tiešsaistes platformas izveide efektīvas metodikas izmantošanai starptautisku komandu projektu organizēšanai un vadīšanai. |
