Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas adresē Dobeles novada, Annenieku pagasta, Kaķeniekos, Skolas ielā 4, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
Veicināt augstāk minētās dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības. |
