Operational objectives

1. Atjaunot un popularizēt pilnvērtīgu dienesta suņu audzēšanas un apmācības procesu Latvijā, veicinot mūsdienīgu un progresīvu šī darba metožu - metodikas un tehnoloģiju izstrādi un ieviešanu šo suņu izmantošanai nacionālās un civilās aizsardzības nodrošināšanai;
2. Izveidot zinātniski pētniecisko institūtu augstāk minēto metožu un tehnoloģiju izstrādei;
3. Veikt zinātniski pētniecisko darbību kinoloģijas, mikroelektronikas un bioloģiski-fizioloģisko tehnoloģiju jomā;
4. Izstrādāt nacionālās un civilās aizsardzības jomā pielietojamu un ar citām mūsdienu tehnoloģijām integrējamu dienesta suņu attālināta monitoringa un vadības - kontroles sistēmu;
5. Sniegt atbalstu dienesta suņu audzētavām, veicinot to attīstību un izaugsmi, īpaši atbalstot audzētavas, kuras uzsvaru lieku uz sociālo dienesta suņu apmācību;
6. Aktīvi popularizēt un atbalstīt suņu pielietošanas Canistherapy izmantošanas virzienus;
7. Attīstīt un popularizēt Canistherapy pielietojumu PTSD "posttraumatiskais stresa sindroms - kara neirozes" pacientu reabilitācijā;
8. Izstrādāt un pilnveidot PTSD Canistherapy izmantojamo suņu apmācības metodiku;
9. Pilnveidot un paplašināt suņu - kompanjonu izmantošanu PTSD pacientu rehabilitācijas procesos;
10. Attīstīt un popularizēt Canistherapy pielietojumu ar autismu slimu pacientu ārstēšanā;
11. Izstrādāt standartizētu apmācības metodiku un popularizēt "Attālinātās dienesta suņa vadības un monitoringa kompleksās sistēmas" pielietošanu suņu - kompanjonu, suņu pavadoņu efektīvākai un drošākai izmantošanai sadzīvē;
12. Izveidot un realizēt iepriekš minēto mērķu sasniegšanai atbilstošu kinologu un dienesta suņu sagatavošanas programmu;
13. Aktīvi popularizēt multimēdiju vidē, organizēt seminārus un publiskus pasākumus lai informētu sabiedrību par jaunākajām aktualitātēm Canistherapy, suņu - kompanjonu izmantošanas nozarē;
14. Izveidot finansiālu atbalsta trastu, apkopojot brīvprātīgo ziedojumu plūsmu, lai sniegtu materiāli tehnisku, konsultatīvu atbalstu suņu audzētājiem, kuri vēlas vai nodarbojas ar suņu terapeitu, suņu - kompanjonu audzēšanu un apmācību;
15. Veicināt materiāli tehniskās bāzes izveidošanu iepriekš minēto mērķu sasniegšanai;
16. Izveidot sadarbību ar citām valsts un pašvaldību iestādēm, sabiedriskām organizācijām un citām juridiskām un fiziskām personām Fonda mērķu sasniegšanas nolūkā.
