| Operational objectives |
Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Skrīveru novadā, Zemkopības institūtā, ar adresi: Zemkopības institūts 14, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
Veicināt augstākminētās dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; Nodrošināt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai, maksātspējai. |
