Popularizēt jātnieku sportu Ventspils pilsētā un novadā;
iepazīstināt bērnus, jauniešus, pieaugušos, kā arī cilvēkus no sociālā riska grupām ar zirgiem un jātnieku sportu; sekmēt jauniešu un bērnu pozitīvāku un izpratnes pilnāku attieksmi pret zirgiem, kā arī veicināt atbildības sajūtu pret dzīvniekiem; dažādot Ventspils pilsētas un novada bērnu un jauniešu brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas, radīt labvēlīgāku vidi jauniešiem brīvā laika pavadīšanai un veicināt jauniešu iesaistīšanos sporta aktivitātēs, veicināt bērnu veselību un fizisko attīstību; popularizēt jātnieku sportu ne tikai Ventspils pilsētā un novadā, bet arī valstī kopumā, rūpēties par jātnieku sporta attīstību bērnu un jauniešu vidū, jauno sportistu apmācību, audzināšanu un atbalstīšanu; veicināt apkārtējās vides sakārtošanu un saglabāšanu; veicināt sadarbības iespējas starp dažāda veida organizācijām; veicināt uzņēmējdarbības iniciatīvas Ventspils pilsētā un novadā; veicināt lauku tūrisma attīstību Ventspils novadā. |
