Panākt plašu sieviešu iesaistīšanos Baltkrievijas sabiedrības attīstības galvenajās jomās, izmantojot visas viņu tiesības un atbildību patiesi līdzvērtīgā partnerībā ar vīriešiem;
Vairot sieviešu potenciālu politikā, uzņēmējdarbībā, izglītībā, zinātnēs, kultūrā, sabiedrības izglītošanā un citos sabiedriski nozīmīgos darbības virzienos; Iedvesmot sieviešu līderības izpausmes, iesaisti lēmumu pieņemšanā, ietekmi uz politiskajiem un sociāli nozīmīgiem procesiem; Sekmēt sieviešu ilgtspējīgu attīstību, neatkarību un pašnoteikšanos; Palielināt ieguldījumu sieviešu atbalstam, vērtējot to kā ieguldījumu nākotnē un piesaistot tam investīcijas; Veicināt globālo līderu iedvesmoto zināšanu un prasmju nodošanu sievietēm Baltkrievijā un visā Austrumeiropas reģionā; Radīt forumus ideju un pieredzes apmaiņai sievietēm, kuras ir guvušas sasniegumus dažādās dzīves jomās; Nodrošināt sievietēm izglītojošu kursu, mācību, tiešsaistes mācību, konsultāciju un tīklošanas iespējas; Sniegt finansiālu, materiālu, medicīnisku, psiholoģisku un cita veida atbalstu sievietēm, kuras ir saskārušās ar represijām par savu politisko vai sabiedrisko darbību, pilsonisko uzskatu paušanu, savu brīvību un tiesību aizstāvēšanu; Iesaistīt vīriešus dzimumu līdztiesības stiprināšanā, sieviešu kustības atbalstā un izpratnes palielināšanā par sieviešu lomu mūsdienu sabiedriskajos un pilsoniskajos procesos. |
