veicināt informācijas izplatību par viedajām un energoefektīvām tehnoloģijām, to pieejamību, sapratni par to vietu un lomu ikviena cilvēka ikdienā,
veicināt viedo un energoefektīvo tehnoloģiju izmantošanu pilsētvides, sabiedrisko pakalpojumu un katra indivīda un mājsaimniecības vajadzībām, caurskatāmu un saprotamu viedo tehnoloģiju un energoefektivitātes, to pakalpojuma vidi kā privātajās, tā arī publisku personu pārvaldītās iestādēs un uzņēmumos, lai nodrošinātu ilgtspējīgu un kvalitatīvu viedo un energoefektīvu tehnoloģiju ieviešanu, veicināt viedo un energoefektīvo tehnoloģiju nozares attīstību, arī veicinot attiecīgu likumdošanas izmaiņu pieņemšanu, veicināt inovatīvu un jauniem atklājumiem balstītu tehnoloģiju ieviešanu cilvēkam ikdienā un sabiedriskā pakalpojumā, nostiprinot to likumdošanā, popularizēt viedo tehnoloģiju vietas un lomas kā efektīvas ekonomikas un infrastruktūras attīstības, stabilitātes un papildus pakalpojuma nozīmību Latvijas ekonomikā; veicināt sabiedrības izpratni par labāko praksi un standartiem viedajās un energoefektīvajās tehnoloģijās un to pakalpojumos, informēt sabiedrību par inovatīviem viedo tehnoloģiju risinājumiem un pieejamiem pakalpojumiem. |
