1. Veicināt fiziskās aktivitātes un veselīga dzīvesveida popularizēšanu dažādām vecuma grupām;
2. Veicināt sporta popularizēšanu un attīstību personām ar īpašām vajadzībām un personu grupām, kuras dažādu iemeslu dēļ sporta aktivitātes nepiekopj, lai fiziski, garīgi un psiholoģiski palīdzētu šīm personām iekļauties pilnvērtīgā sabiedriskā dzīvē; 3. Popularizēt konkrētus sporta veidus; 4. Organizēt veselīgas un sportiskas atpūtas pasākumus; 5.Veicināt sportistu piedalīšanos un augstu rezultātu sasniegšanu ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī ārpus Latvijas teritorijas. |
