apvienot un saliedēt Avotu apkaimes iedzīvotājus, sabiedriskās organizācijas,
uzņēmumus un citas iesaistītās puses; 2. veicināt Avotu apkaimes kā zaļas, sociāli iekļaujošas un drošas vides veidošanos; 3. īstenot dažādus projektus (dzīvojamā rajona infrastruktūra, sabiedriskā un kultūras dzīve) Avotu apkaimē; 4. veicināt ilgtermiņa pārmaiņas Avotu apkaimē satiksmes un infrastruktūras jomā; 5. līdzdarboties valsts un pašvaldības procesos, kas ietekmē normatīvo aktu izmaiņas un to papildināšanu ar mērķi panākt pozitīvas, ilgtspējīgas izmaiņas Avotu apkaimē, pašvaldībā un valstī kopumā; 6. aizstāvēt Avotu apkaimes iedzīvotāju intereses; 7. īstenot pasākumus kultūras, vides un pilsoniskās sabiedrības attīstības jomā. |
