| Operational objectives |
Dibināt privāto izglītības iestādi, kas īstenos profesionālās ievirzes izglītības programmu basketbolā Valmierā.
Profesionālās ievirzes izglītības programmas basketbolā izstrāde un pilnveidošana. Izaudzināt Valmierā jaunas un konkurētspējīgas sportistu paaudzes basketbolā uz vietējā reģiona jauniešu bāzes. Kopā ar biedrību "Basketbola klubs "Vidzeme"" izveidot Vidzemes reģiona basketbola centru, veidojot spēcīgu sadarbību ar citām reģiona sporta skolām un treneriem. Izveidot sakārtotu un profesionālu basketbola piramīdu, kas kļūtu par atspēriena punktu jauno spēlētāju karjeras attīstībā virzienā uz nacionālajām izlasām un augsta līmeņa profesionālajiem basketbola klubiem. Izstrādāt un ieviest audzēkņu pārejas, uz citu izglītības iestāžu un/vai sporta klubu, noteikumus un nosacījumus. Veicināt sekmīgu jauno sportistu pāreju no jaunatnes uz pieaugušo basketbolu, strādājot ciešā saiknē ar Valmieras augstākās līgas basketbola klubu "Valmiera Glass/Vidzemes Augstskola". Veicināt bērnu un jauniešu garīgo un vispārējo fizisko attīstību, vienlaikus nodrošinot pilnvērtīgu basketbola spēles pamatprasmju apgūšanu un meistarības pilnveidošanas iespējas. Nodrošināt bērnus un jauniešus ar pilnvērtīgiem treniņu apstākļiem, profesionāliem treneriem un augsta līmeņa turnīriem jauno sportistu attīstībai. Nodrošināt izglītības iestādi ar modernu aprīkojumu, sporta inventāru un treneru kvalifikācijas paaugstināšu, sekojot līdzi Eiropas un pasaules tendencēm basketbolā. Nodrošināt jaunos sportistus ar pilnvērtīgu izpratni par izglītības nozīmi, veicinot sportistu augstākās izglītības studiju uzsākšanu Vidzemes Augstskolā vai citā augstākās izglītības iestādē pēc vidējās izglītības iegūšanas. Veikt citas aktivitātes, kas vērstas uz statūtos noteikto mērķu sasniegšanu. |
