| Operational objectives |
stiprināt Grieķijā dzīvojošās Latvijas diasporas (ārpus Latvijas pastāvīgi dzīvojošie Latvijas pilsoņi, latvieši un citi, kam ir saikne ar Latviju, kā arī viņu ģimenes locekļi; turpmāk - diaspora) latvisko identitāti un piederību Latvijai;
sekmēt latviešu valodas, kultūras un tradīciju pieejamību un saglabāšanu diasporā; nodrošināt diasporai iespējas veidot, uzturēt un stiprināt saikni ar Latvijas kultūru, mākslu, mūziku; atbalstīt un veicināt diasporas pašorganizēšanos un pilsonisko līdzdalību; veicināt sadarbības iespējas starp iedzīvotājiem un dažāda veida organizācijām (valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām, izglītības iestādēm, nevalstiskajām organizācijām u.c.) Latvijā un Grieķijā; organizēt izglītības, kultūras, mākslas, mūzikas, interešu, sporta un veselīga dzīvesveida pasākumus un aktivitātes; organizēt bērnu un skolēnu sporta pasākumus; īstenot vietējas, nacionālas un pārrobežu sadarbības aktivitātes (pieredzes apmaiņas, apmācības, diskusijas, konsultācijas, konferences, izstādes, koncertus u.c.). |
