| Operational objectives |
Organizēt un nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas ar adresi Cēsīs, Leona Paegles ielā 8, Cēsu novadā (turpmāk - Māja) koplietošanas telpu, kā arī zemesgabala, uz kura atrodas Māja, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un tehnisko ekspluatāciju atbilstoši šādiem uzdevumiem:
1. organizēt un/vai nodrošināt Mājas pārvaldīšanu un/vai apsaimniekošanu. Vadoties pēc Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopsapulces pieņemtā lēmuma, lemt visus jautājumus, saistītus ar Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu; 2. pārraudzīt un kontrolēt pārvaldīšanas līguma, kā arī pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānu, budžetu, tāmju, darbu un procesu izpildi, lemt par mājas rezerves fonda (uzkrājums remontam) izmantošanas veidu un kārtību nolūkā nodrošināt Mājas dzīvokļu un/vai nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku, kā arī iedzīvotāju dzīves līmeņa saglabāšanu un paaugstināšanu, iepazīties un nokopēt pārvaldnieka rīcībā esošo visu mājas lietu; 3. vadoties no Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopsapulces pieņemtā lēmuma, plānot, organizēt un realizēt Mājas renovācijas, atjaunošanas un/vai siltināšanas pasākumus, iespēju robežās piesaistot dažādu veidu valsts, Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu līdzfinansējumu, kā arī saņemot papildus finanšu līdzekļus kreditējoties kredītiestādēs; 4. apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar Mājas kopīpašumā esošās daļas izmantošanu; 5. aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu un/vai nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, tai skaitā pārstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku, īpašniekus vai Mājas dzīvokļa īpašnieka kopību tiesu instancēs, kas skar Mājas pārvaldīšanu. |
