Dzīvokļu īpašnieku apvienošana;
Dzīvokļu īpašmieku kopības lēmumu īstenošana Kopīpašuma apsaimniekošana, renovācija, atjaunošana un pieguļošās teritorijas labiekārtošana; Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
